Wholesale Terms of Sale

Welcome to Olive & Cradle Wholesale. By placing an order through our wholesale platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing all wholesale transactions.

1. Eligibility

Wholesale access is granted only to verified businesses in the children’s apparel industry. A valid resale certificate or state tax exemption form is required for approval.

2. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)

  • Opening Order: $150 minimum 

  • Reorders: $150 minimum

  • Wholesale pricing will be applied automatically once your cart reaches the $150 minimum order requirement.
    Please note: The cart will start to reflect Wholesale prices once value is over $150 wholesale value, so you may need to add up to $300 worth of products to your cart before the final wholesale pricing is reflected.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown are wholesale rates and are confidential. Retailers are expected to price items according to our MSRP guidelines unless otherwise approved.

4. Payment Terms

  • Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit card, or wire transfer.

  • Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit or full prepayment depending on the production type.

5. Shipping & Handling

  • Most in-stock items ship within 5–7 business days.

  • Custom/OEM orders require longer lead times (typically 30–45 days).

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns on wholesale orders except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

  • Any claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Approved exchanges or credits will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

  • A small margin of error (e.g., 1–2%) in size, color, or quantity may occur and is acceptable under wholesale standards.

7. Backorders

In case of backordered items, we will notify you immediately. You may choose to wait, substitute, or cancel those items.

8. Product Representation

Due to the nature of textile production and screen display differences, slight variations in color or texture may occur. This is considered acceptable within industry norms.

9. Resale Guidelines

  • Wholesale customers may sell products through their approved online or physical retail channels.

  • Reselling Olive & Cradle products on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) is not permitted without written consent.

10. Marketing & Branding

All branding, photography, logos, and product descriptions remain the intellectual property of Olive & Cradle. Retailers may use our materials for the promotion of our products only.

11. Communication

By registering for a wholesale account, you consent to receive emails related to order updates, new product releases, policy changes, and other business-related communications.

12. Policy Updates

These terms may be updated at any time. We will notify wholesale partners via email when changes occur.
