1. Ordering & Minimums

Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our wholesale minimum is $150 per order. Some custom styles may have a specific MOQ depending on fabric or design requirements.

Q: Do you offer custom or private label orders?
A: Yes! We offer custom orders with specific MOQs. Custom branding (tags, packaging) is available—please contact us or fill out our custom order application.

Q: Can I mix sizes and styles to meet the minimum?
A: Absolutely! You're welcome to mix and match styles and sizes as long as your order total meets the minimum.


2. Products & Materials

Q: What materials do you use?
A: We use high-quality natural fabrics like 100% organic cotton, linen, and bamboo. Each listing specifies fabric content.

Q: Are your products pre-shrunk or do they shrink after washing?
A: Our garments are minimally processed to retain natural softness. Some shrinkage may occur—please refer to individual care labels.


3. Shipping & Turnaround Time

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: In-stock wholesale orders ship within 5–7 business days. Custom orders typically take 30-40 days for production with sampling plus 7 days for packing and delivery.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and transit times vary depending on destination. If you are not able to complete your order due to International shipping issue on the final page, please reach out to us so that we can help. 


4. Customization & Branding

Q: Can I add my own label and tags?
A: Yes, we can sew in your custom labels and add branded packaging with applicable MOQs. You’ll need to provide us with your label files and specifications.

Q: Do you offer samples?
A: Yes, we offer sample sets for a fee. If you'd like to see our quality and fit before ordering in bulk, please reach out.


5. Returns & Damages

Q: What’s your return policy for wholesale orders?
A: All wholesale sales are final. However, if there are major defects or order discrepancies, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Q: What if my order is missing items or has sizing errors?
A: While we aim for 100% accuracy, small error margins can occur. If your order has a significant issue, please contact us and we’ll work to resolve it promptly.


6. Getting Started

Q: How do I apply for a wholesale account?
A: Simply fill out our wholesale application. Once approved, you’ll receive login access to view pricing and place orders.

Q: Can I see pricing without an account?
A: Wholesale pricing is only visible to approved retailers. Apply for access to get started.

7. Tax exemption form

Q: I'm a registered business. How do I obtain a Resale Certificate? 

A: The uniform sales and tax resale certificate is accepted by 36 states and is designed to simplify tax-exempt purchases for resale across multiple jurisdictions. Please search for your state appropriate form or look up

7.  How do I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the shipping provider’s site.

6. What materials are your clothes made from? We prioritize soft, breathable, and hypoallergenic materials like 100% cotton or linen, ensuring comfort for your baby’s sensitive skin. Each product description includes detailed fabric information.

7. What sizes do you offer?  We specialize in infant clothing sizes. Starting from preemie sizes (for babies born early or less than 7lbs)  up to toddler (2T).  We are expanding our sizes with some styles to offer larger kids sizes! Please refer to our size chart on each product page for specific measurements. 

8. How do I care for the baby clothes? To keep your baby’s clothes in great condition, we recommend machine washing in cold water in gentle cycle with a natural detergent and tumble drying on low heat or lay flat to dry. Always check the care label on each item for specific instructions. 

9. Can I cancel or modify my order? You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, we begin processing the order, and changes may no longer be possible. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
