Having Trouble Signing In or Creating an Account?

No worries — here’s a simple guide to help you through the process:


1. Apply for Membership First

Before you can log in, you need to become a member.

  • Fill out the Membership Application Form.
  • Use your correct email address — this is how we’ll contact you.
  • You’ll get a response within 48 hours letting you know if you’ve been approved.

📩 2. Check Your Email for an Invitation

If you're approved, you’ll receive an email from Shopify inviting you to activate your account.

  • The email will contain a link to login.
  • Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it right away.
  • Use the same email you used in your application.
  • You will then be sent a onetime code (instead of passsword) which you will use to finish logging in.

🔓 3. Log In Without a Password

You don’t need to remember a password!

  • Simply use the one-time code sent to your email each time you log in.
  • Once you’re logged in, you should stay signed in.
  • If you get logged out, just request a new code to log back in.
